We understand what it takes to run a successful camp kitchen in the heat of the summer season. When people get burnt out, when food ordering is inefficient, when the food quality is not up to par, or when there is not enough staff to sustain the operation, a time comes when the only other option is to get into the kitchen and help.

When a Camp Director or the Leadership Team decide to go into the kitchen and start doing things themselves, the entire operation suffers by not having them do what they do best - focus on the overall operation of the camp. This is why we have created CARE. CARE is designed to give camps an emergency kitchen number, thus providing the peace of mind that we stand by.
